This policy explains what Lekhae collects and how it is used. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Account details: your email, and a password stored only as a salted hash (we never see your password).
Business profile: the details you enter, such as business name, GSTIN, address and UPI ID, used to produce your invoices.
Invoice and client data you create in the app.
Basic usage analytics: first-party page views to understand traffic. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Payments

Invoice payments from your customers go directly to your own UPI ID; Lekhae never receives, holds or stores that money. Lekhae Pro subscription payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay); we do not store your card details.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in session cookie. Analytics is first-party and does not track you across other sites.

Data retention and deletion

You can request export or deletion of your account and data any time by emailing [email protected].
