Documents you need for GST registration

Keeping these ready makes the online registration quick.

For a proprietor / individual

• PAN and Aadhaar of the proprietor
• Photograph
• Proof of business address (electricity bill, rent agreement or NOC)
• Bank details (a cancelled cheque or statement)

For a company or LLP

Add the PAN of the entity, incorporation certificate, board resolution/authorisation, and PAN plus Aadhaar of the authorised signatory. Check first whether you need to register.
